Railing Infill Panels

Wire mesh railing infill panels manufactured by Newark Wire Works Inc. are unsurpassed in rigidity and quality. They are manufactured in our plant in Edison, New Jersey in steel, stainless steel or aluminum. We take wire in coil form, straighten and crimp it, then weave it into a diamond, square or rectangular mesh. The wire mesh is then passed through and securely clinched or welded to a four sided pre-punched channel framing. The railing panel can be welded directly to the railing system or attached mechanically be means of stand – off tabs and bolt with nuts. The finished mesh panels are then either painted in our on premises spray booth, polyester powder coated or hot dip galvanized to your specification.

Rectangular panel with stand-off tabs. Type 304 Stainless Steel with an Electro-polished finish. 8 ga. 2" square mesh, lock crimp, with a 1-1/4" x 5/8" x 11 ga. "C" channel frame with a 1-1/4" x 11 ga. flat bar capping on four sides, with four 1-1/2" x 3/16" flat stand-off tabs.		Rectangular and Stair Rake Panels Mill finish bronze Type 90/10 bronze 10 ga. 1-1/2" square mesh, inter-crimp, with a 3/4" x 3/8" x 1/8" 385 bronze extruded channel frame with a 1" x 1" x 1/8" 385 bronze extrude channel capping on four sides. Panels are bolted directly to steel flat bar railing posts.
